We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Due to the speed of our post-ordering operations, we request that all cancellation requests come in within a day of placing the order.

However, the customer can choose to cancel the order till it's been shipped by us. Post shipping, returns and refunds can be applied to the order.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Service department to change the address to your new, correct shipping address.

We want to make purchasing from NinthAvenue as convenient as possible, and offer several different payment methods, including credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Bank Transfers, and Offline Cheques/DDs. In addition, we offer payment options via several wallets.

When you're ready to checkout and want to pay using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit or debit card, select the Credit Card payment method. Enter your card information, including the card type, card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address, and then click Submit Order at the bottom of the page.

If your card is declined, an error message displays immediately after clicking the Submit Order button. Unfortunately, we aren't provided with any information on the reason for the decline, but suggest verifying the card information and billing address was entered correctly and trying again. If the card is declined again, you may need to contact your credit card company or the issuing bank for more information.

To protect against fraud, orders that are suspected as fraudulent are canceled and payment is voided.

All orders at NinthAvenue come with free shipping! In addition, we use the fastest available shipping methods. These may vary depending on where you live and the weight of the order. 

Typically, we use a combination of Blue Dart, DTDC and First Flight.

When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the greatest savings and fastest delivery. We've partnered with multiple carriers, so depending on your location, tracking information can vary.

Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we'll send you an email with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number.

Most orders should arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped, depending on your location, the carrier, and the selected delivery option.
